Mr. Ram Singh founded the Company in 2005. In 1993, he founded Asian Insurance Brokerage,
Inc., a company specializing in business, commercial, limousine liability insurance
programs, direct account with many insurance companies, and exclusive agent for
a Lloyds of London Program for limousine liability coverage. Prior to founding Asian
Insurance, Mr. Singh was a senior staff engineer at Siemens Stromberg Carlson in
Boca Raton, FL. Prior to working for Siemens, Mr. Singh worked for 15 years at Bell
Labs as a member of the technical staff. Mr. Singh graduated with a dual Masters
in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor. He also holds an M.A. and M.S. in mathematics from Western Michigan University.
Mr. Singh graduated with M.SC. in Mathematics, from Agra University, Agra, India,
and B.S. in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Punjab University, India. He
has published over 50 papers on information technology at the national and international
level. Mr. Singh is a licensed property-casualty insurance agent for the State of
New York.

Mr. K.J. Singh joined the Company in 2005 and has been instrumental in setting up
the office infrastructure and leading the business operations since Maya’s inception.
Prior to joining Maya, Mr. Singh was the I.T. Director for one of the largest electrical
construction companies in the country. He was responsible for guiding the company’s
I.T. department and supported over 300 employees across 7 remote offices, as well
as the company’s headquarters. Mr. Singh has over 15 years of experience in the information
technology field and was instrumental in converting Maya Assurance to a paperless
environment. Mr. Singh graduated with a B.S. in Science Education from Florida Atlantic
University and a M.B.A. in Technology Management from Stevens’s institute of Technology.

Mr. Maloney joined Maya as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. He is in charge of the
Company’s accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining Maya, Mr. Maloney
was the Chief Financial Officer of First Commercial Holdings Group, where he was
responsible for preparation of individual/consolidated/GAAP and Statutory Financial
Statements and Yellow Books. Prior to joining First Commercial Holdings Group, Mr.
Maloney was the Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Agents Holding Corporation. He
has also worked for Lancer Insurance Company and Security Pacific. He graduated
with a B.S. in Accounting from Sienna College and an MBA from Hofstra University.
Mr. Maloney is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Mr. Nestor joined Maya in January of 2021 as the No-Fault Manager and has over 20 years of claims experience. Mr. Nestor is a graduate of St. John’s University with a B.S in Finance from St. John’s University and is a fan of the NY Mets baseball team. Prior to joining Maya Assurance Company, Mr. Nestor worked for ELCO, Auto One and Allstate Insurance Company. He held various roles as a No-Fault claim adjuster, No-Fault litigation adjustor, No-Fault manager as well as a liability and homeowner litigation adjuster. Utilizing his experience, Mr. Nestor also worked in developing, and implementing, novel claims strategies prior to, and currently within, Maya Assurance Company.

Mr. Hundal joined Maya in January 2008 as a property-damage adjuster and
is currently serving as PD manager. He holds the designations of Chartered Property
Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) and Associate in Claims (AIC). He is a licensed NY
State Independent General Adjuster and a certified Auto Damage Appraiser. Gurinder
holds a B.A. degree from ‘International School of Economics, The Netherlands; BA
degree from GND University, India; and has three years of ‘Laws and Legislation’
studies. Prior to joining the industry in 2004, he was a marketing manager of Transoft
Solutions and was overseeing the company’s West European operations. Mr. Hundal
is also a computer programmer and is well versed in database management and programming
languages like Visual Basic, C, C++, SQL etc.
